The beauty of food is that it is a universal language of culture and love. 

Spain Wine Bar will be hosting an evening of culinary bliss with a curated dining experience nestled in the vibrant lavender fields of Brittingham Farms on Monday, October 7th, at 5 pm. 

Chef Oscar will be preparing farm to table ingredients, including succulent beef, and handcrafted elixirs infused with Brittingham’s freshly harvested lavender.

Spain Wine Bar has carefully selected wines that will be paired with each course.

9 Course Dinner with Wine Pairing

Live jazz band throughout the evening.

First course 

Cheese & Charcuterie 

Chorizo Ibérica, Fuet, Manchego, Queso de Truffa Negra 

Cocktail Pairing:

Mallorca

Whipped cream vodka, Licor 43, cava, passionfruit, lime

Whiskey Root 

Bourbon, apple cider, lemon, spiced syrup, pomegranate, allspice dram, angostura bitters

Red Sangria

Red wine, brandy, rum, passion fruit, orange juice 

Second Course 

Maple Bourbon Butternut Squash Soup 

Fall harvest roasted butternut squash, maple bourbon syrup, cream, shallots, celery, carrots, bouquet garni pumpkin seeds, garam masala

Third Course 

Farm Stand Salad  

Roasted rainbow vegetables, Belgian endives, gala apple, red watercress, whipped ricotta, citrus plum vinaigrette 

Fourth Course 

Matrimony “Anchovies’ marriage” 

Toasted Challah bread, heirloom tomato puree, sherry vinegar, Boquerón, anchovy, chives, EVOO

Fifth Course 

Fillet Mignon 

Center cut Fillet, parsnip puree, tomato confit, Marquez De Caceres red wine reduction, micro greens 

Sixth course 

Chef Surprise Dish
