Peter Rabbit Story Time

Peter Rabbit Story Time is returning this year!
Families are invited to join us on Saturday, March 30th anytime between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm in the lavender field. We will be reading stories from Beatrix Potter, providing a coloring activity, taking photos with the charming Peter Rabbit, and we welcome you to say hi to the adorable Charlie the Lamb. This is a completely free event, and you are welcome to drop in anytime between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm to see Peter and Charlie. We love Easter and can’t wait to share this special day with you!
Please note that we purposely “time our ram” so that our lambing due dates coincide with Easter week. As we are not a show barn, we do not have to lamb in the middle of winter, which can be challenging for both the shepherd and the mothers. Our farms’ Heritage breed Leicester Longwool lambs will be born a week or two after Easter this year. We will have plenty of opportunities to feed and pet the newest members of the flock this spring when the weather is more suitable. We like them to still be bouncy and little when our amazing field is in bloom. We are sure you understand. So, stay tuned for more updates on our spring babies, but for now, please save the date to come see Peter Rabbit with us! We also have some last-minute basket goodies if you need them!
