At Brittingham Farms, we take pride in preparing and shipping your items with care. Please review the details below regarding our shipping process and responsibilities.

Processing & Shipping Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days after payment is received.
Larger or fragile items may require additional time to prepare for safe shipping. We will notify you if any delays are expected.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Buyers are solely responsible for all shipping costs, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or as part of a specific promotion.
This includes the cost of original shipping, return shipping, and any additional handling or customs fees (if applicable).

If a return is approved, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All return shipments must be properly packaged and insured, as Brittingham Farms is not liable for damage or loss during return transit.
