1. Minimum Order Requirements
All wholesale items are sold in pre-set case quantities as noted on the order form (e.g., boxes of 10, 16, or 50). Minimum order quantities apply to each product type. Minimum price of overall order $400.

2. Pricing
Wholesale pricing is listed on our website and is subject to change based on seasonal availability and material costs. Prices are per unit unless otherwise stated.

 

3. Placing an Order
Wholesale orders can be placed through our private wholesale ordering page, available to approved stockists.
To access the page, visit our wholesale section and enter the password: Once approved you will recieve an email with the password. 

If you have any trouble accessing the page or prefer to place your order manually, you may still complete our Wholesale Order Form and return it by email to BrittinghamFarms@yahoo.com.

4. Payment
Payment is due in full prior to shipment. We accept major credit cards, checks, and business invoices (approved accounts only).

5. Turnaround Time & Shipping

• Please allow 7–10 business days for order processing.

• Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and location, and will be included on the final invoice.

• Local pick-up at Brittingham Farms is available by appointment.

 

6. Returns & Damages
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all wholesale sales are final. Any damaged or defective items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery for a replacement or credit.

7. Private Labeling & Custom Orders
We currently do not offer private labeling, but custom bulk orders may be available for select products. Contact us for more details.

8. Product Variations
All Brittingham Farms products are handmade using natural ingredients. Variations in color, scent, or texture may occur and are part of the natural charm of our goods.
