At Brittingham Farms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because many of our products are handmade or perishable, we ask that you review the policy below carefully.
Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.

Perishable items (such as fresh lavender, dairy, or meats), custom-made goods, and opened beauty or wellness products are not eligible for return.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
How to Request a Return

Include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for your return.
We will respond with return instructions if your request is approved.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated in writing.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for higher-value items. Brittingham Farms is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We will work quickly to make it right.
